Those watching the Super Bowl may have seen the humorous ad featuring Director Payton Schlewitt's attempt at capturing the "snapshot of America." If you missed it, feel free to watch it above.
The Super Bowl ad is just a portion of the Census 2010 National media campaign. The goals of the campaign are to:
- Increase the share of American households that mail back their census form.
- Reduce the undercount, especially the differential undercount which disproportionately impacts hard to count communities.
- Increase cooperation with enumerators during the door-to-door phase, also known as Non-response Follow-Up (NRFU).
