The following link asks that you register with the Census by indicating the type of organization you represent:

You will not be required to provide any personal information.

Once you register, you will come to a screen with all the logos for you to download. Towards the bottom of the page is also the brand standards PDF. If you have any questions or concerns about the logo or placement, it can be answered by this document.
